I emailed my landlord and ask to break my lease. The landlord emailed back explained that yes I could break my lease and that I would have to pay lease breakage fees. While I waited 1 day to decide what I would do the Landlord emailed back and said that they take back the offer to break lease. Can the landlord do this, or does the offer still stand that I can break lease since I have this in email from the landlords
