I have a situation where we have a temporary assignment for the next 4 months and require 16 hours a week, and currently have a person working 20 hours a week who will able to fill-in for this temp assignment. However, the hourly rates are different on the current and temp job and this person work on the temp assignment on the regular schedule off day.
e.g., Mon-Wed on the regular position (current wage), and Thurs-Fri on the temp assignment (temp assignment wage), would this create a problematic situation?
I wouldn't think this will be an issue, but would like your feedback. Thanks
