My manager requires, whether you are on the clock or not, to read the "communication log" that sometimes takes 5-15 minutes to complete before recieving our tips/check. She also doesn't schedual training time for this "required" knowledge. Is my manager allowed to withhold either if she is not willing to pay us for our time?
