If we get paid the 15th and 30-31st of each month and let's say the 15th is a Sunday (we are open Monday - Saturday) when should we get paid? Thanks.

The pay schedule is entirely up to the company. At a previous employer, we were paid on the 15th and last days of the month. If those days were on a weekend, we would be paid on the preceeding Friday.

According to The Payroll Source Book, PA payroll is due within "15 days after end of pay period".
