I have signed a renewal lease, with my old lease expiring in March, and have since changed my mind. Is there any way out, since the new lease has not actually started? And my apartment office says I must give 60 days notice, something now impossible to do. Is this true, or can I just give 30 days? Can anyone help?! I do not want to live here anymore!

Nope your screwed! You signed new lease its over. The only way out is if you and Landlord come to an agreement to terminate lease early. Expect this to cost you!
