I am very confussed ok. Right now I am to the end of my workerscomp case and my company has let me go because they have no position available for my injury situation. So I have recieved earlier in this case a MMI check! Then I found out that my company insurance company wanted to just pay me off, like out of mind and out of sight situation but they said this in Nov 2008.When my company gave me a letter stateing that there is no job for me I ask if I was going to get any comp. for then letting me go. What they told me I can get unemployment benefits. So I applied for unemployment benefits nov. 2008 I have yet recieved any benefits although I just recieved this week that I am entitled to benefits. I am surposed to get paid tomarrow, but I was just told that if I collect unemployment benefits I will not recieve any pay off check from my companys insurance. The question arises is what am I surposed to do for money from the time I was let go into now! I have 2 children and a wife. Is that true or false.

If anybody can give me advice I really apreciate it.

Sincerely,

Tim
