My employer has been working me full time hours for two years even though I am part time which is fine. They don't however offer me full time benefits that the other employees receive they just keep working me full time hours and threatened to cut my hours if I complain about not receiving benefits. Can they do that?

What benefits are you talking about? It makes a difference to the answer.

health insurance, dental, full time holiday pay, vacation days, sick days, tuition assistance. I mean it is all of the full time benefits and because I am in the system as part time I don't receive them. Yet they work me the full time hours.
