I am wondering if there is the possibility I might be able to re-file. I was denied Unemployment back in July of 08. I didnt appeal because I didnt think I could win. They said that I could re-open my case after making $1800. It has been 5 months now since I had a full time job. I had a seasonal job from October-December that ended the 2rd of December. I only made about $700 during that time. I am unable to find any sort of job at all. Is there a time period that can elapse where I can file again. Or do I stll have to make $1100 more.

If you've been working at other jobs since leaving the original job, you probably aren't going to be able to reapply. Your only option would be to see what the deadline is for appealing the July 08 decision, although it's probably too late.
