I was so happy to have found this thread. I have pretty much the same situation. I was fired from my previous employer. I started receiving unemployment. I just started temping last month. Unfortunately, the assignment ended just as my unemployment ended. I hadn't even had a chance to report that I had started working there. Based on your previous post, I understand that I qualify to continue my claim.

My question is, for last employer, do I put the temp agency or the previous employer that I worked for? Will my continued claim be based on that income?

We discourage having more than one poster asking questions in the same thread as it confuses the responders, so I've moved you into your own thread.

You were employed by the temp agency. Since this is a continuation of the same claim, your wages for this assignment will not be included. If you have to file a new claim when this one has expired, though, this assignment will be included then.
