I was injured about 9 days ago, it is not serious but i was placed on light duty untill the stiches come out for at least 10 days. I work for two different cities in a very hands on pyiscal departments one is willing to accomadate my injury and let me work the other is was willing but on the day before the last day of restrictions demanded I return to work with full duties. My questions to any one who might know can they legaly do this?

The employer is not required by law to provide light duty, although it is wise of them to do so if it is available.
