I have been searching and searching on the internet and I do not see anywhere that says we have to provide a shift differential in the state of Colorado. This is the first time we are going to have 24/7 employees in Colorado and people keep telling me that they swear there is a law that says how much we have to pay them, but I can't find any such law. Does anyone know if there is one?
Thank you for your help!

There is no law in any state that requires you to pay a shift differential.
Instead of wasting your time looking for a law that doesn't exist, turn it back on them and tell them to show you the law that says you must.

It is not a law but it is customary are you in position to establish a differential (owner, or manger empowered)? If so I suggest looking at industry standards.
