i have had a problem with my asst. manager. i went over his head t omy manager who has this so called "open door policy". he isnt one that likes to handle problems and brushed me off. i then went one step forward to my regional manager, who also brushed me off. i then found out why. my regional and my manger are having "relations" outside of work. well when problems persisted i went to my corporate human resources office and told them i couldnt report my problem to any of my superiors because of said problem. well without proof they dismissed me but told me they would look into it. well needless to say promotions and bonuses were handed out and none to me. ive been at the company longest, i work holidays, overtime, and mainly when ever they want me to work. still no kudos. while fixing a computer problem i have come across alot of love letters from my gm and his boss. now my question is what do i do? their relationship has hindered my growth in the company becuase of one sticking up for other. what should i do? if anything...

What was the nature of your complaint? If it was a complaint about discrimination, then you could file a complaint of retaliation with the eeoc. Their website is: www.eeoc.gov (http://www.eeoc.gov).

If your complaint was related to something that is not illegal, such as poor management, then you don't have a recourse.
