I moved into my apartment less than three months ago- since I have been there my car window was smashed and my property stolen, and last week a friend of mine and myself were robbed at gunpoint in my parking lot. I am not currently staying there and no longer feel safe. My landlord will not let me out of my lease. Do I have any options?

Sure continue to pay rent and not live there. You signed a contract (lease) unless you can get Landlord to agree to some terms your on hook for rent for duration of lease

But doesn't a landlord have the obligation to maintain a safe dwelling for the tenants?
