What can I do if my landlord is not taking action about the odd tenant, and I don't want to confront him. Should I file a police report? We have gotten a dog for protection, then were told to get rid of the dog or move.
P.S. Life's like a box of chocolates, you never know when you're gonna get a nut.

I have a previous thread from yesterday in the same forum labled "Odd Behavior" that will explain. Just do a site search for odd behavior.

We are volunteers here who dedicate our own time for this. If you cannot provide all the information needed to answer your question its not our place to search for it!

If you're to damn lazy to move your mouse three inches to the right and click the button then I don't want your help anyway! It takes a combined 25 seconds to find my first post, get the stick out of your #%@.

The same could be said of your laziness to not post link to said thread!

The quote below was given to another poster who like you failed to provide all the information needed and, like you assumed we would search your profile to find such info. The reply by a moderator (quoted below) says it all
Even by telling the responders that there are other posts out there, few of them will bother to research them. As I said, they do this as volunteers, without pay, and most of them do this on other boards as well. You're just another name to them and if you're not concerned enough to give them the information, they're not going to be concerned enough to go looking for it.
It's up to you, but the information you receive is only going to be as good as the information you provide.

Once again remove the obejct from your nether region, don't offer help if your time is so precious. We're talking seconds. Or pay a little better attention, the original post was less than 24 hours earlier.

Sorry, Bad, but that's the way it goes. It is not the responsibility of the responders to go looking for your old posts; it is your responsibility to make the information available.
You are free to find another forum if these terms are unacceptable to you.

I have no problem with the guidelines, my problem is with the attitude of the responder. It doesn't say any of this in your disclaimer or Terms of use, so you can't assume it's common knowledge. Just tell your volunteers to watch their attitudes.

You may rest assured that when an attitude adjustment is needed to anyone posting here, I will make them aware of it. That includes people asking questions, as well as responders. I wasn't all that pleased with yours, either.

As I tell my children...
In the time you wasted debating if you had to produce the information, you question could have been answered.
All this tells me is that you are a very stubborn and arrogant person... you come to a free web site and demand we "dance for you".
I answered your other post. You apparently didn't like the answer. Doesn't change the answer, though.
If you don't like the services you have received, feel free to demand a full refund on the way out.

I think you might be a little on edge if you had some weird guy crawling around in your rafters! My question is that since my landlord is making light of the situation because my neighbor always pays his rent a week in advance, what do I do now? She says it will be another month before she can address it.
