OK, lets say the empolyer posts the schedule on thursday for the next week and your off till tuesday, but the employer without telling you changes it and puts you on it to work on monday and takes you off of it for tuesday trying to terminate you for "no call no show". Also the employer writes the schedule in pencil just for this reason. Is this legal?

Yes. It's bad management but it's not prohibited by law.
