Does Anybody Know The Law On A Commisioned Employee Regarding Chargebacks? How Far Back Can They Go On Charging Me Back For Services That I Sold?

There may not be one. To my knowledge, Michigan law does not address commissions to this extent (very few states do).

Are you inside sales or outside sales? What does the commission agreement say about chargebacks?

You made a sale lets say $1000.00 (example only) and got a $100.00 commission on it. Item was returned for its full value $1000.00. Why should you get to keep the $100.00? When I worked in this type of enviroment the repayment was done over time. Lets say $20.00 per check paycheck. If your asking if this is legal I would reply why not? Why should the company pay you $100.00 when item was returned?
