:confused: Ther were problems between the mgr and myself I asked and recieved a transfer to another store. Instead of a mgr. postion I was placed Part-time 15 hours in a store that had no mgr. I was not reprimended
before the transfer or told I was to be placed in a lesser postion. I quit. Was this constructive termination? Is this recognized in Texas?

What type of paperwork preceded or accompanied your transfer/demotion?
What reasons given in writing?
As long as the decision was not based on discrimination, i.e., age, sex, color, creed, etc. then it is not illegal to change an employee's pay or position.
