I have used all my FMLA and am now starting my CFRA. My company stated that my benefits will terminate since I have already used 12 weeks of benefits during FMLA. Is this true, that your employer only has to cover 12 weeks of benefits (including vacation) and then they have a right to end your benefits and pay your vacation hours out to you?
