So my wife and I entered into a lease 7 months ago and signed a 2 year lease. The owners that we are renting our Condo from is trying to sell the condo to a new owner. With the sale will the lease transfer to the new owners or is it possible for us to evicted by the new owners?

Is there is any way to protect ourselves in this instance? Please help.

In most cases, a lease survives a property sale, and is binding on the new owner.

The two exceptions are a foreclosure and a tax sale. If either happens, the lease terminates.
