I live in WV ,Was asked to go home four weeks ago. Reason ? Restructoring , they also said that I lost them money on a job. Filled for unemployment and was granted pay. Company filled and said I was fired for being incompetent. The Bureau of Employment studied the case and I won because they could not prove I was incompetent under the Regulations of the Commissioner and or Unemployment Compensationn Law.They have hired a retired Workmen Commpensation Law Officer, to keep the books!. Two weeks later She filled a suit to appeal and asked for a Judge to hear the case. What is next for me , will I win and if not what can I say and do to keep my pay??? Thanks

Wow, this company is determined, aren't they? You should just come as prepared as possible, with things such as past performance reviews that are positive (if you have any), information about raises or any positive comments that you received (such as compliments from your supervisor), and witnesses who can attest that you were a good employee.
