While at work I cut my leg with a razor knife. It required stitches and
a tetnus shot at the hospital. My employer did not report my injury and
told me I have to submit the bill to my insurance or he will get in
trouble. I think the company should pay my bill.Am I right?

If this was an on the job injury, it sure sounds like it should have been reported as a WC injury to me. Why did your employer say he would get in trouble?

My boss would get in trouble because he did NOT file an accident report. He said it would cost the store I work in too much money. I don't have the money to pay the medical bill, but I'm afraid if I press the issue I will lose my job.:(

They can't retaliate against you for filing a WC claim.
