hi, i work in homehealth, and i have to use a palm-pilot to enter my information. well in training mine kept breaking and i would fall behind a little bit, so i did not get all the info i needed to work. they also did not explain all the paper work properly and did not let me know all that needed to be done. well they told me i was falling behind and needed to come to the office for a week to catch-up and learn the proper way to use the device. They told me to be there everyday at 8am and i left about 4pm everyday. My normal visits that i do were given to somebody else for the week. When i came to work today they told me that i was only getting paid for 8 of the 32 hours i was in the office, because it was my own fault that i was behind. i didnt know if this was legal or not considering they made me come to the office and stay there. any advice will help.
