I have had unauthorized deductions in my payroll in excess of $9,000. I have submitted a claim to the HR dept where I work and they are in the process of getting me my money back and/or investingating the claim. Since the claim I have not produced as many sales as I normally do because due to the missing money in my pay, I have lost my car which has given me the inability to go and get more sales, HOWEVER I still have met the threshold of sales that I need to meet every month.

I recieved a phone call from the regional manager today (this is his fault that these deductions were coming from my pay, and he has been notified that I put in the claim against him) He basicaly told me that he doesnt care that I have the claim in, and that even though I have met minimum threshold for sales that he still has the right to fire me, and that it would always be his descision. His "reasoning" for calling me was because he wanted to know why I havent produced as much this month as I have been all year, and he wants to put me on warning or possibly terminate me.

In a nutshell - He is trying to intimidate me and threaten me to quit so that I dont go through with the claim and get him in trouble. I have this all on tape recorder with his threats. What can I do now? Thanks for your help!
