I complained to my immediate supervisor today that I thought that the Director of Operations demoted me because, he told me not to hire any more blacks at one of my stores. She called him and told him about the conversation and I was terminated this afternoon. He used a different reason of course. He didn't mention the conversation he had with my supervisor. I was told my another manager that was in a cubicle next to him. What action should I take?:mad:
