If I work for an employer as a waiter and someone runs out of the resturant without paying for their meal, can it be deducted from my pay check as an "advance?" Also, if I have my hands full of dishes and use my foot to open a glass door and the door breaks, can my employer deduct the cost of the window from my pay?
