I was just put on a final written warning for an action one of my employees did, and am being made a scapegoat. As part of this, my boss wants to withhold paying me bonus on my region's sales for six months during this probation period. My question is, is this allowed in the state of MA, as I thought "money earned is money owed" in the Commonwealth? Please advise.

It depends on the terms of the bonus agreement.
