I was working for a company on the west coast from VA and have been fired. I believe I would fall under the whistle blowing law. The company had some problems and I spoke to the Dept of Justice.
I worked for two days in July and received my final paycheck 25 days later. Is this against the law and can they be fined for this?
Also, is it worth looking into the whistle blowing act?
