If I was sexually harassed and confronted the person to stop, then becuase she was unhappy about it and eventually lost my job? Can I get an attorney or what can I do. I did tell a higher up in the company but he did nothing to correct this behavior. thank you.

This situation sounds like a typical sexual harassment issue. The EEOC website provides a lot of information about sexual harassment, including information about filing a complaint of discrimination. You don't need an attorney to file a complaint.

my other question is even if i have been fired can i still file a claim against this person? also there are other guys who this has happened to and been fired for other reasons, does this also help me or would they think i am a just angry at loosing my job?

You have up to 180 days (300 days if you are in a state or city with its own anti-discrimination laws) after an event in which to file a charge. Termination is considered as an event.
While being fired can cause some credibility issues, any witness that you may have verifying that this person does sexually harass employees is helpful to your case. If enough speak up, it aids credence to your complaint. (Where there's smoke, there's fire.)
