I work for a Wrecker service as a Driver and Dispatcher there are currently 6 employees,We get a salary plus 3 Dollars a run.We do not get overtime. And I am expected to work weekends.with no extra pay.My boss will also deduct a days pay if I am sick or The last time I had a subpoena to go to court, but he will expect me to come in on a Saturday to make this day up.To deduct he will divide my pay by 5 then pay me but if I work 6 days I don;t get an extra days pay.
