I have a question that involves my civilian work and my Army drill, and didn't know who else to ask. At my civilian job, I'm scheduled to work Fri-Tue and have Wed and Thur off. But, when my monthly Army drill comes up, my manager switches my schedule so that my days off fall on the same days as my drill. Which is Sat and Sun, and so I have to work on Wed and Thur. Now the problem I have with that is that, I have to work 12 days in a row without any days off, because I had drill. I would like to know if that's something my company is allowed to do?

It's not illegal. Neither Texas nor Utah have laws preventing the employer from requiring you work 12 days in a row or 365 days in a row. Having said that, I'd be pooped. :(
