I am a bartender in Pa, My employer currently pays $5.50/hour and claims tips, but is dropping to $3.00/hour and says she must claim enough tips to equal min. wage. Is this correct? What are the laws for bartenders?

Bartenders are subject to the same rules as any other tipped employees.
