I've been reading the posts and apologize if the first letter of each word is capitalized, it seems to be a programming issue.

The link provided by a Sr. Member is not functioning, hence my question.

I work in Atlanta, Ga., for a retail home interior company. I'm paid by the corporate office since I cover three locations, (my salary is split between the three locations), though I am NOT a district manager, my title is "Department Manager."

I am responsible for hiring employees for one department, but not allowed to terminate employees. I am considered a supervisor, but have no authority other than merchandising.

I am salaried and my employer requires 52-55 hours per week. Offers no sick days, no other "paid time off" benefits other than one week vacation after one year of service - two weeks after 3 years and 3 weeks after 5 years.

Since I cannot access the previously posted link, I cannot check the Labor Law the site provides and a google search results in nothing discernable.

Can any provide information?

Thanks!

Is this what you're referring to?

You may meet the criteria for the Administrative exemption (in fact, likely) even if you don't meet the criteria for the Executive exemption.
