Hi,
I am a construction manager for a small locate homebuilder here in Houston TX. I call into my Corporate office to get some assistance on account payable information etc etc and no one ever calls me back. So I am polite and call back once every other day or so and then they say that i AM HARRASING THEM! I can't my work done because the people at the ofice won't return calls. I complained once to the supervisor overthe AP dept but she is the one saying that I am the problem. SO my boss tells me he's going to fire me if he gets another complaint but in the next sentence he tells me my job performance is good. Can I be fired without any type of documentation? Becasuei wasn't allowed to even be heard, and tell my reason for calling three times in a week to get some answers abt some acccounts. lastly, my aunt sent me an eamil with no sexual pictures in it, but it goes as such, IF women ruled the world, then below this it shows a picture of a cartoon( nothing showing) on a man with his penis in a "manogram" machine. Again it show no sexually explict pictures at all, it has othe pictures on an auto dealer with all blue cars and all pink cars because IF women ruled the world, etc etc.....I just wantto see wehat people think, and do you think that is sexual harrassment? or even explicit. My aunt work at a local JP court as a clerk. Everyone let me know what you think & what legally it looks like?
