My husband and I are filing for custody of my husbands son on Thursday. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Meaning what will happen after grandmother is served?

Once she has been legally served the Grandmother will have a set amount of days in which to file and serve her response. Typically, a response must be filed anywhere from 20 to 30 days from date of service.
