:mad:...me and my mother went to court for custody of my daugther i was to young to know how to care for a child and i still had to do school well i gave custody of her to my mom and my mom told me i could have her back when i turned 18 well its been 4 years now and shes still figthing with me to keep her.well im wondering how i can go about getting her back i have been figthing with va courts cause i have the court order from delaware and they said they cant do anything im like wtf..my mother is unfit she smokes around the child and she is using her to recieve welfare..and i found that my mother was doing the same to me..she ran off left her with me met a guy off the net 2 weeks later she moved in with him now my daugther is there and i dont know anything about this man at all.im fearing for my daugther safety and the cops here wont do anything cause she has custody so i told the cop its his fault something happens to her..if someone please help me figure out what to do i would love you til the end of time cause no one wants to help me get my daugther out of a bad problem..

You definately need an attorney. Check to see if you qualify for Legal Aid, if you don't qualify, you'll need to beg, borrow, or sell everything you have to come up with the money.
