Has Been over two years of battle the state of oregon for custody of my daughter. Complied and completed all request and requirements issued by the courts. Judge ordered complete access to all personal medical records for no apparent reason. Did she have authority or right to seek my personal mdedical information?:confused:

If the state has your child, and you want it back, you either have to have big money, or comply 100%

The judge is looking for things like Psych drugs, or reported drug abuse.

Yes. The judge had the authority to request those records. Have you passed your required UA's? (MDAU's rather as I suspect you meant in your other posts these tests were for drug use) Is there still a restraining order on you?
