Hello;
I work as a service technician for a Massachusetts based company. I travel worldwide fixing and installing the company's industrial equipment. I am paid hourly.

The company pays us for our travel but while out of state does not pay us for our day to day travel to the jobsie or time spent off the jobsite.

We stay in a hotel paid for by the company and drive a rent-a-car paid for by the company. Do I/we have a case for them to pay us to this "slush" time?

Thank you!!

"Slush" time? No, no legal leg to stand on.

Travel between job sites though? Depends on whether it is all in the same day, emergency call, or requires overnight travel.
