What system are you referring to- the court clerk's accounting, or the DOR CSE's accounting? jlgp 06-19-2008, 07:55 AM I do believe the clerk of the courts xena 06-19-2008, 10:36 AM I do believe the clerk of the courts Unfortunately Florida law states that the court clerk's accounting is set in stone. However , if you have found a mistake, and if you can prove that payment was made, and IF the arrears have NOT been established by court order, you can try filing a motion to correct. But, in all honesty, it is hard to do and you really need to hire an attorney, do NOT try this pro-se. If the DOR CSE is involved in your case, try talking to your caseworker, if they agree that the amount is incorrect, they can get the problem solved easier than you can. |
