I was released from an organization on march 31st. Before I had left i turned in my expense reimbursement. After the 1st of May I started placing calls back into the company about my unpaid reimbursement and was told that the president of the company had not approved them yet and that she was traveling. On the 22nd I was informed that I was not going to be recieving my reimbursement, because my draw was being taken out of it. I was never told about this prior and in the contract that I had signed my draw would be taken out of my commissions. That same contract stated that all expenses would be paid in 10 days. What recourse do I have, because the Payday Law does not apply to expense reimbursements???

You can try a civil suit, small claims if the amount is under $5,000.
