I am employed at the (deleted) plant in Sherman, Texas. I have been told that I will be working 28 consecutive days of 12 hour shifts (no days off). Is this legal?? I have been looking for the answer to this question for a while and can't seem to find anything of use to me, if you have any information please contact me!
Yes. It is legal. I'm not saying I think it is a good idea, but there is nothing in either Federal or Texas law that prohibits it.

The only restriction in Texas regarding consecutive days worked is in the retail industry.

Legal, but nuts. I will jump through big hoops to avoid anyone working four consecutive twelve hour days, let alone 28.
