We finished a ch 13 in Oct. 2007. Our Att. bailed on us , mainly do to the fact the original Att. gave up practicing and sold to a new Att. Anyway we don't know what to do to clean up our credit. Not to mention our trustee made our mortgage payments on our behalf and made some late in which we were charged late fees and reported to the credit agencies. They won't talk to me about it or the att. that finished our case because the fees never showed up until the discharge and they say the Att does not actually represent us unless we retain her. More money for a few answers.
Any way we just want to start fresh and get our lives back how do I do it?
