My wife was working for a plant nusery for about 6 and half years. for the last 5 years her arm was bothering her. at first she thought it was arthritis.
she was going in to have injection in her elbow. she had it done about once
or twice a year. they told her later it was golfers elbow. on feburary the 28th
she had to quit do to the pain. She has filed for disablitlty. would she be able to draw unemployment after being off for three months or is there a case of workmans comp? Any help on what options we have would be appreciated.

In order to draw UI your wife has to be ready, willing & able to work (looking for work) - it seems she filed for disability. Also, you don't get UI if you quit your job.

Re worker's com. - does she believe the problem with her arm was due to her work - if so, did she notify her employer of that?
