I am taking my former empoyer to small claims.. he is disputing the date of termination saying it is 7 days earlier than it was.. i have two of his employees willing to testify i worked till the day i said including copies of the dialy reports i gave to my boss... the two employees will not come with me to cour but will sign affidavidts or however you spell it.. can somenone help with the form i need so i can take these people to a notary and have these documents read please.. aslo i need a form called blank motion, and could some help filing it out.. the clerk told me i need that form to request a continuance to have time to get these other things done.. as of right now i go back may 20th..

We can provide links to forms and procedures relative to claims with the state Depts of Labor. Most of us are not attorneys versed in court procedures, especially in Colorado. Google your state "small claims" and start reading up. Or call the court and ask. Normally, when you file, you get a pamphlet or booklet that will tell you what the procedures are.
