I won this morning , he didnt even show up .
I would have reported in sooner , but I had my dates/weeks wrong for my court date:o I have just been so stressed about this .
I am so relieved , I dont even have to give anyone any notice when or wherever I go anyplace with her. This has been going on for well over a year .
Still afraid of retailiation when he gets a copy of the order , thats the only dark place I have with this , but other than that , I feel like I just purchased my and daughters freedom back .

Xena - I did have the chance for the judge to now know that he hasnt seen her in right at 2 years and he was actually suprised , so I am going to do my very best to report his contempt issues to the court .This was the only one appropriate to talk about during the passport issue today, but I was glad I had that chance .

My lawyer wants me to go ahead now while all this is fresh on the judges mind ( he has been my same judge in this for some years now ) and file for permission to be able to reside anywhere in the US ( husbands work opprtunity )So , I am going to go for it .


This helps me feel like he doesnt have such control anymore ,,,

I think I'm more happy about that than the passport itself .I know thats sounds odd , but I just have this freedom feeling that I havent had in many years .

I'm still not understanding the whole blackmail thing, but apparently you are really worried about it. Let's hope that he manages to remember that the blackmailer never looks as good as the blackmailee.

Thank you ,, very much ,, it is not just the blackmail stuff , which is a bad thing ,, but he does other creative things to folks that dare to cross him .
The blackmailing would just be really embarrassing and humiliating for me and me and my husband I am married to now.. thats all ,, I am just really shy in peson and I get embarrassed really easily ... my ex husband knows that is my weakness .
