Ok, my next question is about No Compete Laws in Texas. Where can I find information about this and is it legal in Tx? Thanks.

Generally noncompetes are enforceable in Tx. if they are ancillary to or part of an otherwise enforceable agreement to the extent that they contain limitations as to time, geographical area, and scope of activity and are reasonable and don't impose a greater restraint than necessary to protect the business.

However; if you have a non-compete agreement, you will need to take it to an employment or contract attorney in your area for review.
