If your CS normally goes to a card, then any intercepts should also. However, the only person who can really answer that for you is your CS caseworker.

It can take some time to recieve it because the state is required to hold on to it to allow any injured spouse forms to be filed, or for the NCP to file an objection to the intercept. The only way that the NCP can file an objection is if the amount is incorrect, or the names of either CP or NCP is incorrect, so that shouldn't be a problem.
