Hi I am a Commission sales person at a retail store in Michigan. Today I got into a heated argument with a female manager of mine and I tried to walk away from her because I could feel I was getting angry, she followed me into the sales office and when I put my coat on she grabbed my lapel's with both of her hands and when I told her to let go she grabbed harder and then I yelled louder and had to pull myself back. Other people heard our argument but did not see her grab me, is there anything I can do or what should i do?

What are you looking to have happen here? You can report her behavior through the usual channels in the org but they aren't obligated to fire her or take any particular sort of action.
If she assaulted you, you can file criminal charges but if she just grabbed your jacket in the heat of an argument, I wouldn't hold my breath that anything will come of it.

I don't want anything to happen to anyone, I just want to make sure they can not fire me for getting loud, and yelling after she grabbed me.

Well, actually they could fire you for getting loud if they wanted to and it wouldn't be an illegal termination. Doesn't mean they will though.
