My sister is filing bankruptcy and we have a joint property that we inherited when my father died. Both of our names are listed on the property. I don't know if she has a loan that she is including in the bankruptcy but can she lose this house in her bankruptcy. She hasn't filed yet but what can I do to protect my interest in this property?
