Good afternoon,
I have no idea if I am in the right place, so I apologize if I am not. My son's soon to be ex wife is stalking him as well as his entire family. She follows us everywhere....she drives by our house and flips us off, she yells out the window to my son, "you are going to die!" We can't even go to WalMart because she gets us there, too! We are so flustered at this point, we aren't sure what to do. The police tell us there is nothing they can do for us...she filed a PFA against my son, so he keeps his mouth closed and usually will leave or go into the house when he sees her coming....but, why do the rest of us have to put up with her bs?? Yesterday, she threatened to "get my daugther" on her way to work...my daughter is 17....the kids were outside talking and someone took their pictures and posted them on the internet! If anyone can offer advice on what we can or cannot do, I would appreciate it!

Keep calling the police. If they won't help you, call back and ask to speak to an supervisor.

Keep a log of incidents, and take pictures whenever you can to show that she's talking you. I would also have people involved keep a digital voice recorder on them in case she talks to them. Activate it every time she's seen.

Thank you for your advice. I live in PA so I do not think I can use a voice recorder unless I notify her of it. WE have taken pictures and a PFA from ordered against her for two years which she has already violated. We go to court today on the PFA violation. Any idea what may happen to her?
