My wife gave birth the 25th of Feb.I took 5 days of with fmla.after that i returned to work. My question is that Has mi FMLA ended when i returned to work?? and if my newborn son has a health condition like bronchitis can i take more days of because of his health condition??thanx

A qualified employee of a qualified employer is entitled to up to 12 weeks of unpaid medical leave for a qualified medical condition of his/her own or that of a qualified dependent.

So, if you only used 5 days of FMLA, you would still have time available should another qualified situation arise.

cbg and what can a qualified situation be? could it fall under my newborn having bronchitis???

A qualified condition is one that meets the definition of a "serious health condition" as defined in the FMLA statute.

Any number of conditions COULD qualify. Whether or not any given hypothetical DOES qualify will be situation specific.

It is possible that your newborn having bronchitis might qualify. It may even be probable. But only when and if it actually happens and we see what treatment he needs over what period of time can anyone say for certain sure.
